This scholarship is intended to support 200-hour certified yoga teachers enrolled in Cityoga’s 55-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training who feel called to share restorative, trauma-informed practices with underserved or historically excluded communities.

Through this offering, we hope to increase access to advanced training for teachers who are already doing meaningful, community-centered work and are seeking to deepen their capacity to hold space with care, presence, and integrity.

Yin yoga invites a slower, more attentive way of being—one that can be profoundly supportive in spaces where rest, regulation, and resilience are needed most.
