Recipients are expected to participate fully in the training with excellent attendance and an engaged commitment to the learning community. We understand that life brings unexpected challenges and are happy to offer reasonable accommodations whenever possible; however, excessive absences may result in the loss of scholarship funding and may prevent successful completion of the training.
Following the training, recipients are encouraged to carry these teachings into their communities in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with their capacity. We also invite scholarship recipients to remain connected with Heartland Mindfulness Collective through future collaborations, community programming, and opportunities to expand access to yoga and mindfulness practices.
